You will help build our next generation Insurance platform, setting technical direction for a growing business function. You'll lead development of backend systems, shape architecture, and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years programming experience on modern stack
• 3+ years Java, Kotlin or OO programming
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs
• Experience with microservice-based applications and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Lead development and testing of systems and services
• Participate in shaping technical architecture
• Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
• Deliver highly available and scalable services in production
• Mentor other engineers and support technical culture
