Description

You'll provide critical operational and executional support across Airtable's Digital Programs portfolio, owning day-to-day program operations so senior program managers can focus on strategy and scaling AI adoption. This cross-functional contractor role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants exposure to AI education, community, and customer enablement.

Requirements

• Highly organized and execution-focused with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
• Excited by AI, education, and community
• Experience with program coordination, operations, or project support (SaaS a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage course uploads and LMS administration for Airtable Academy
• Coordinate publishing workflows for the Digital Programs newsletter and AI Incubator bootcamp
• Maintain front-end experiences for Academy and Community, publishing page updates and promotions
• Assist with community moderation, post engagement, and spam monitoring
• Support advocacy workflows including mission creation, contributor tracking, and swag fulfillment
