πΌ About This Role
You'll own an end-to-end training program for Carvana's Recon operation across 36 sites, ensuring every associate in your tier is on track. You'll bridge field operations, instructional design, product, and analytics to deliver training at scale. This role offers deep field presence and the chance to protect training time even under production pressure.
π― What You'll Do
- Own execution of full training program lifecycle from gap analysis to field delivery.
- Build and maintain training calendar, deployment schedules, and certification cycles.
- Launch training program at new or newly qualifying sites.
- Monitor standard work adherence and surface performance gaps and insights.
π Requirements
- 6+ years in training program management, human capital, L&D, or operations.
- Proven ability to design and run training programs at scale across distributed footprint.
- Experience developing training needs assessments, strategies, and plans with stakeholders.
- Strong data literacy interpreting standard work results and certification funnels.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Masterβs in Business, Supply Chain, I/O Psychology, Learning Design or related.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Experience in consulting or project management certification.
