You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA, driving revenue growth and retention. Your core impact is to develop strategic account plans and identify expansion opportunities using a value-driven approach. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own expansion and renewal-based targets focusing on upsells and cross-sells
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with Frontify's platform
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from operational to C-level
๐ Requirements
- 4-6+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise account management or sales experience
- Proven record managing and expanding large, complex customer relationships in EMEA
- Experience with enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with VP- and C-level decision-makers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in brand management or digital asset management
- Familiarity with Frontify's platform
- Multilingual skills for EMEA market
