You'll provide customer support for a large Federal agency, answering calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures. Your core impact is ensuring accurate information is delivered to the mortgage lending industry and the public. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Locate answers in a knowledge database for client requests.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years working with FHA loans or 3 years with conventional/government-backed loans.
• Capability to navigate multiple computer systems and use search tools.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Contact Center experience (omnichannel).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• FHA knowledge/experience.
