You'll be the frontline link between customers and our T3 technology platform at our St. Louis rental facility. You'll build relationships with contractors, guide them through the rental process, and help transform the equipment rental experience. This role combines sales, customer service, and tech in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced growth
• Enthusiasm for building customer relationships
