You'll lead a team of scientists and research associates performing antibody characterization for therapeutic candidates. You'll drive end-to-end technical leadership for in vivo antibody discovery programs. This role combines management with active wet-lab benchwork about 30-50% of the time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of scientists and research associates.
• Provide technical guidance in ELISA, flow cytometry, and SPR/BLI.
• Serve as technical lead for antibody discovery programs and contract services.
• Review and present data to customers for antibody lead selection.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in related field with 3+ years of management experience.
• Expert knowledge of biologics characterization assays (ELISA, flow cytometry, SPR/BLI).
• Ability to manage overlapping projects in a fast-paced environment.
