💼 About This Role

You'll join 1Password's tax team to ensure compliance and optimize tax positions. You'll support quarterly tax provisions and compliance filings, with opportunities to leverage AI tools for process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly tax provisions under ASC 740
• Reconcile tax balance sheet accounts and disclosures
• Support income tax return preparation and audits
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate tax provision and compliance experience
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP ASC 740
• Proficiency in NetSuite and income tax compliance software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Canadian SR&ED and US R&D credits
• Familiarity with AI tools like Dust, Notion AI, ChatGPT
• Exposure to Canadian tax issues
