Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Account Management or SaaS sales with quota
- Ability to research accounts and develop value-driven strategies
- Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and manage expansion and renewal activities
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
- Nurture and close account expansion deals including upsell and cross-sell
