Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Account Management or SaaS sales with quota
  • Ability to research accounts and develop value-driven strategies
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships and manage expansion and renewal activities
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals including upsell and cross-sell
