💼 About This Role

You'll perform electrical and mechanical inspection, start-up, and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment for a leading Texas provider. You'll ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction while collaborating with project managers and service coordinators. This role offers a chance to work with a 500+ person team and 60+ manufacturers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance including belt adjustments and cleaning
• Interpret engineering drawings for layout and operation
• Advise owners on preventive maintenance and corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training plus 5+ years' experience
• EPA Certification preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, or Gas Installer license
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers
