Description

You will train large language models in general operations by challenging them on inventory systems, vendor management, SOP development, and process mapping. You'll verify logical accuracy, capture error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, or related field
• Hands-on experience in project coordination, systems implementation, or operations analytics
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on real-world operational scenarios and theoretical business operations questions
• Verify logical accuracy and process alignment of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
