• Headhunt top Sales, Marketing, and Support profiles through sourcing
• Assess applications via screening and pre-qualification interviews
• Provide excellent candidate experience using competency-based assessment
• Coach hiring managers and track talent acquisition metrics

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment
• Experience in go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring
• Mixed agency/search and internal TA experience
• Headhunting experience in best-in-class Sales-led organisations
