💼 About This Role

You'll execute and optimize high-volume paid acquisition campaigns for the world's largest AI companionship platform. Your work will directly help scale from 50 million to 100 million users. You'll have autonomy in day-to-day execution while receiving continuous guidance from senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards
• Prepare creative briefing documents with performance data
• Research new acquisition opportunities and platform changes

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/data proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in sensitive verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
