💼 About This Role

You'll own a product domain end-to-end at Kira, an AI-powered learning platform transforming education. You'll drive strategy, execution, and iteration to deliver high-quality features at a fast cadence. This role collaborates closely with co-founders to shape the future of personalized learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own your product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering to break down work and ship quickly.
• Use data, user research, and intuition to drive prioritization decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in startups.
• Strong technical fluency with architecture, data pipelines, and UX tradeoffs.
• Proven track record of owning a domain and launching complex products at high velocity.
• Experience working across frontend, backend, and AI teams with credibility.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, copilots, workflow automation).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-constrained Series A environment.
