Requirements

• Relevant degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Relevant leadership experience in a Swedish company
• Strong financial background with proven management track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Facilitate optimal environment for technical and operational teams
• Execute strategy based on technology roadmap and launch schedule
• Collaborate with functions and business units within Isar Aerospace SE
• Ensure governance and compliance with Swedish and EU regulations
