You will receive and process orders, review sales orders for accuracy, perform order maintenance, and generate production reports. Your work supports the creation of architectural glass and building products for projects that shape how people live and work.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Epicor experience preferred
• Multitasking and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from facilities via purchase order or software
• Review Epicor Sales Orders for accuracy and schedule compliance
• Perform order maintenance: adds, deletes, changes
• Generate Daily Production Report
• Generate purchase orders for inter-company metal
