💼 About This Role

You'll own a critical growth lever in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, expanding value within the existing customer base. You'll design and optimize in-product experiences driving seat expansion, upgrades, and add-on adoption. This role offers the chance to directly influence monetization strategy through product-led growth at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own expansion-focused product surfaces including admin upgrade flows and upsells.
• Define and execute a data-driven roadmap for conversion and expansion metrics.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and sales teams.
• Conduct customer research to identify friction and expansion opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of SaaS product management with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Track record of driving revenue through product-led expansion or monetization.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with design and engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and analyzing funnels.
