🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle work orders independently and complete repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and vacant apartment make-ready
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation

📋 Requirements

• HVAC certification (EPA/ HVAC)
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
