Description
You will lead field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs for the South Korea region, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive pipeline growth and accelerate consumption of MongoDB's database platform. You'll develop integrated marketing plans, orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, and track campaign performance to deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in integrated marketing
- Field Marketing and ABM experience, preferably in enterprise tech or SaaS
- Co-marketing experience with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV partners
- Proficient with Intent Data and attribution tools (Salesforce, Tableau) for ROI measurement
- Native Korean and business-level English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships with sales leaders and GTM partners to drive territory growth
- Develop integrated marketing plans for strategic accounts to generate demand and accelerate consumption
- Lead cross-functional coordination between Partner Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Customer Success
- Use marketing dashboards and data to derive insights, track campaign performance and ROI
- Manage brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications
