You'll partner with managers and directors across client groups to align HR strategy with business needs. You'll own performance management, employee relations, and HR programs for a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll lead complex employee relations and coach leaders using AI-enabled analytics.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with managers and directors across assigned client groups.
- Drive performance management cycles with coaching and feedback.
- Own employee relations and workplace investigations across US and Canada.
- Execute HR programs like engagement surveys and learning initiatives.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with HRBP background.
- Deep expertise in Canadian and US employment law.
- Proven track record of independently resolving complex employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and people management systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
โจ Nice to Have
- SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRL or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions simultaneously.
- Exposure to organizational design or change management projects.
