📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience.
• 5+ years managing design teams.
• Experience designing for complex enterprise or certification systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI craft and strategic impact.

• Experience in non-profit or social impact sector.
• Familiarity with design operations and design systems.
• Background in service design.
