You'll manage enterprise APAC accounts, driving client engagement and growth through expert strategic input. You'll be the trusted advisor that helps clients extract real business value from our digital intelligence platform, ensuring long-term retention. It's a front-line role that makes Similarweb integral to our clients' success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify and mitigate account churn risks proactively.
- Manage and expand long-term customer relationships.
- Support uncovering upsell opportunities during customer lifecycle.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably SaaS.
- Strong relationship building skills to establish trust.
- Analytical mindset to quickly digest and solve problems.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
