💼 About This Role

You'll lead AAA game production during final delivery phases for a world-class gaming studio. You will drive complex game modules through to "going gold" with high-quality, on-time releases. This role combines operational excellence with strong leadership across distributed teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end production execution during final AAA stages
• Drive project roadmap by identifying risks and resolving blockers
• Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers
• Collaborate with department directors to align scope and timelines
• Optimize production workflows, communication, and tooling

📋 Requirements

• Shipped at least two AA+/AAA titles as Producer or Lead Producer
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure production environments
