You'll play a pivotal role in project success by managing diverse tasks through all construction phases, assisting Project Managers with subcontractor coordination, concrete procurement, and construction scheduling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing and maintain relationships
• Utilize AutoCAD for crane layout and evaluate site conditions
• Manage concrete procurement from specification to post-project analysis
• Coordinate crane operations, scheduling, and communication with superintendent

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites
