💼 About This Role

You'll own a meaningful surface of ClickUp, a converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and search. You'll prototype ideas using AI coding tools and ship working versions in days, not weeks. This role stands out because PMs build with their own hands, leveraging Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate every step.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface.
• Run continuous discovery using automated agents to synthesize feedback.
• Write sharp PRDs and specs that enable fast, unambiguous execution.
• Define success metrics, track them after shipping, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Prototype your own ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and our Prototype Playground.

📋 Requirements

• 5 or more years of product management in B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept through launch.
• Strong prioritization instincts and ability to defend trade-offs.
• High customer empathy and skill to separate user wants from actual needs.
• Data fluency to define metrics, query dashboards, and argue from numbers.
