You'll lead a new music solutions division at UnitedMasters, bridging brand briefs with independent creators. You will own the P&L, build the team, and drive aggressive revenue growth through sync licensing partnerships and enterprise client relationships. This role offers the chance to shape a pioneering marketplace at the intersection of music and brand culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead strategy, marketing, revenue, and execution for the music solutions division
- Build and manage a high-performing team across multiple locations
- Develop music solutions offerings bridging brand briefs and independent creators
- Act as external face and thought leader in the sync licensing market
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years in music licensing with current industry relationships
- 12+ years pitching catalog music for advertising, TV, or film in the US
- Experience building and managing a global sales team of 10+ for a sync product
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Music Industry
- Mastery of CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience in enterprise sales environment
