💼 About This Role

You'll assist in maintaining and repairing facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. Your work will directly support a safe and efficient production environment and help keep operations running smoothly. This role offers the chance to develop specialized skills in a fast-paced cannabis facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs.
• Assist in construction, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintain inventory of repair supplies.
• Unload freight deliveries and perform other maintenance duties as needed.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction
• Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools

• Previous cannabis experience not required
