🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery for Gen AI-led creative projects.
• Coordinate resources between in-market teams and Maker Hub.
• Develop project plans integrating Gen AI workflows.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex multi-workstream creative projects in an agency or studio environment.
• Experience carrying multi-account or programme-level management responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI tools and workflows in production.
• Ability to manage mid-level to senior-level client relationships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with Unilever brand standards.
• Knowledge of AI production metrics and optimization.
