💼 About This Role

You'll deliver exceptional matchday and community experiences for Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. You'll coordinate fan activations, pre-match events, and street team logistics in a fast-paced live-event environment. This seasonal role offers a chance to engage directly with fans and contribute to a shared vision of progress and greatness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist planning and execution of Matchday fan experiences and pre-match events
• Coordinate matchday performers including DJs, musical artists, and community groups
• Manage logistics for street team events including load-in/out and documentation
• Serve as event lead at Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting live events, activations, or community engagement efforts
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving ability in real time with sound decision-making under pressure
