💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to grow your retail leadership skills in a dynamic, fan-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
