You will own the customer journey from implementation to expansion, ensuring smooth onboarding, robust integrations, and lasting success for global clients. You'll lead technical onboarding, provide proactive support, deliver training, and build trusted relationships to drive renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing or supporting B2B SaaS solutions in a technical capacity
  • Strong data and analytical skills with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and APIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project-management ability
  • Collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding, integration, and configuration of platform for new clients
  • Define and track success metrics in partnership with Customer Success Managers
  • Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting with Product and Engineering
  • Deliver client training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops
  • Analyze client usage and feedback to identify product-improvement opportunities
