You'll serve as the initial point of contact for patients, setting a warm and caring tone while managing reception and scheduling. You'll champion an accessible and patient-centered clinic experience, coordinating care across the healthcare system. This role is based in Boone, NC with a Monday-Friday schedule.

• Greet and check patients in and out

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years minimum experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency with computers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
