🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee site due diligence and permitting processes
• Synthesize executive-level business cases for capital investments
• Manage cross-functional coordination with GPS, Legal, Finance
• Develop metrics and process improvements for project delivery

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years real estate project management of industrial/office spaces
• Experience leading projects valued at $20M+ each
• Advanced financial reporting and budget management skills
• Understanding of AI tools for construction management workflows
