Description

You will lead overarching influencer and PR strategy for a portfolio of innovative brands across food, beverage, wellness, and consumer tech. You'll conceptualize breakthrough campaigns that drive social virality and press headlines, oversee a team of talented junior staffers, and serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years in influencer marketing and earned PR (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record of developing strategic influencer and press campaigns that achieve client goals and KPIs
  • Strong network of influencer, agent, and media relationships
  • Bold, strategic thinker able to translate cultural insights into ownable campaign concepts
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer budgets

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize breakthrough, culturally resonant ideas that redefine client positioning and generate meaningful earned impact
  • Drive enterprise-level, long-term communications strategy and architect tentpole campaigns for key clients
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, setting vision, KPIs, success frameworks
  • Lead cross-disciplinary integration across Experiential, Paid Media and Press teams
  • Oversee team structure and resourcing, mentoring junior team members
