As a Clinical Data Abstractor, you will review and code patient information from medical records for registry submissions. This flexible remote role allows you to contribute to improving healthcare data quality at Carta Healthcare while earning competitive hourly pay.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Maintain 98% or higher IRR score
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States and reside in continental US
