💼 About This Role

You'll own financial operations and HR while building processes from scratch at a fast-growing AI underwriting startup. You'll enable founders to focus on critical work by managing budgeting, vendor relationships, and people operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial operations including budgeting and payroll
• Run HR and people operations including onboarding and contracts
• Manage vendor relationships and legal operations
• Identify and fix broken or missing processes proactively

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IB, finance, or consulting
• Detail-obsessed with clear, structured communication
• Self-starter mentality with low ego and no task too small
• Comfortable context-switching between strategic and operational work
