🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate via daily huddles with in-office team

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• Within past 5 years, 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year primary care fellowship or urgent care
• State licensed in Washington by start date
