Description

As a Field Service Engineer II at Outset Medical, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer facilities and patient homes. You will provide technical support, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and service.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Fluidics or military equivalent preferred
• 5+ years field service/industry experience
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within the US, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and verification of system specifications
• Serve as technical subject matter expert on the Tablo product
• Deliver first and second level technical support, including after-hours coverage
• Accurately document service activities and maintain spares inventory in ERP system
