💼 About This Role

You'll act as a subject matter expert in pricing and underwriting for commercial, specialty, and reinsurance markets. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to guide pricing transformation and embed AI-enabled workflows. This role bridges domain expertise with product insight at a company backed by a16z.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as SME in pricing and underwriting for client and sales conversations
• Partner with Chief Actuaries and CUOs as trusted advisor on transformation
• Support customers in deploying models and re-engineering workflows
• Feed client insights into product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Proven credibility in pricing, underwriting, or actuarial roles across commercial/specialty/reinsurance
• Practical understanding of pricing and underwriting processes to improve outcomes
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders on workflows or portfolio strategy
• Commercial awareness in consulting or client-facing roles

• Hands-on technical capability in R, Python, or data tooling
• Reinsurance market experience
