You'll manage a territory and drive sales strategy execution while building relationships with contractors. Your core impact is expanding our customer base through new business development and client retention. You'll leverage the T3 platform to provide jobsite solutions that save customers money and improve efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from analysis to retention
- Respond to inbound leads and manage CRM pipeline
- Develop new business and acquire clients in construction
- Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
๐ Requirements
- Outside sales experience with proven track record
- B2B sales experience (rental or construction preferred)
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Pump, Power, HVAC industry knowledge
- Equipment rental or construction sales background
- Experience managing strategic or national accounts
