💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the product vision for the Social Rewards Product Team at PrizePicks, a leading DFS platform. Your core impact will be driving efficient user acquisition through Martech, new member offers, and referral programs. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to build a best-in-class experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing tools and spend performance
• Set strategy for Martech, new member offers, and referral program
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Define technical requirements and overall product vision

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of building products customers love
• Experience with AppsFlyer, BigQuery, Rudderstack etc.
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Braze

• Experience in sports/gaming industry
• Experience working closely with Paid Marketing teams
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1
