💼 About This Role

You'll join the FP&A team at Veracyte, a diagnostics company transforming cancer care. You'll own forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to drive informed decision-making across key business areas. This role offers exposure to executive leadership and the chance to shape financial processes in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for assigned business units.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Serve as finance partner to functional leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Develop and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in biotech or life sciences.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or NSPB.
