🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve customer queries as the first point of contact.
• Proactively check in with customers to flag issues.
• Upload, maintain, and validate data across the platform.
• Review data for inconsistencies and surface patterns.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working experience with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Good judgement — know when to solve it yourself and when to escalate.
• Interest in working at an early-stage startup and growing with it.

• Experience in customer support, operations, or data administration.
• Experience working with AI / LLMs.
• Coding curiosity or experience.
