You'll serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and ensure data accuracy on our platform. You'll resolve customer issues and process data to keep the supply chain intelligence infrastructure running smoothly. This role offers a chance to grow with a fast-paced startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve customer queries as the first point of contact.
- Proactively check in with customers to flag issues.
- Upload, maintain, and validate data across the platform.
- Review data for inconsistencies and surface patterns.
๐ Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working experience with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Good judgement โ know when to solve it yourself and when to escalate.
- Interest in working at an early-stage startup and growing with it.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support, operations, or data administration.
- Experience working with AI / LLMs.
- Coding curiosity or experience.
