Description

You will oversee fleet readiness and facility operations during overnight hours at our Woodlake location, ensuring all vehicles and site infrastructure are prepared for next-day operations. You'll perform minor maintenance, monitor safety compliance, coordinate vendors, and escalate issues as needed to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience in fleet operations, facilities maintenance, or warehouse operations
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Forklift or equipment certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, facility systems, and safety protocols
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21+ years old

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are ready for dispatch, including audits, cleaning, and compliance checks
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and identify repair needs
• Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• Monitor and address issues with HVAC, dock doors, gates, lighting, and infrastructure
• Serve as onsite safety point of contact and respond to incidents
• Coordinate vendors for urgent overnight repairs and facility needs
