💼 About This Role

You'll define and build Socure's Age Assurance capabilities, including age estimation and consent workflows. You'll partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Trust & Safety to balance safety, compliance, and user experience. This role offers a chance to shape how platforms protect minors in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define age-based access workflows with minimal friction
• Build age estimation and assurance systems with high accuracy
• Design minor and guardian consent flows across regions
• Translate regulatory signals into product decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience in identity, fraud, or trust & safety
• Direct experience in age assurance or kids' online safety
• Hands-on exposure to minor consent or regulated onboarding flows
• Comfort working with APIs, decisioning logic, and data-driven products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience partnering with Data Science on model-driven products
• Ability to evaluate performance using data analysis
• Comfort working through ambiguity and challenging assumptions
