Description

You will work closely with performance-focused engineers to design, build, and maintain a world-class performance benchmarking system and supporting tooling. This role focuses on improving developer productivity and testing reliability within MongoDB.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C++, or similar
• Experience writing and testing software
• Interest in CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, observability

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test features in performance tooling using Python
• Contribute to performance workloads and benchmarking pipelines
• Maintain and improve performance testing software
• Debug and diagnose performance or reliability issues
• Participate in code reviews and improve documentation
