🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for clients throughout implementation lifecycle
• Configure and customize Lazarus products to meet client-specific requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineers on solutions
• Document implementation processes and best practices
• Provide training and technical assistance to clients

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (support or development)
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Git
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (GCP preferred), APIs, and databases

• Knowledge of scripting and system configuration
