Description

You will work closely with a specific part of the business, leading end-to-end product design and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and researchers to shape user experiences. Your work will help millions of businesses use Stripe's financial infrastructure, making complex flows feel simple and clear.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and polished UI craft
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to shape product direction
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and multiple stakeholder inputs
• Experience working horizontally across product areas on ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate overall user experience
• Design, prototype, and test thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complicated flows feel simple and clear
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to define long-term strategy and near-term tactics
• Craft high-quality UIs that set the bar for design excellence at Stripe
• Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration
