💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise security programs, balancing strategic oversight with deep technical engagement. Your core responsibility is strengthening and scaling security operations, application and cloud security, and GenAI governance in a fast-evolving tech environment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to embed security into development lifecycles and translate risks into actionable solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mature enterprise security programs across architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Oversee security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Drive DevSecOps practices with secure system design, CI/CD integration, and cloud security.
• Define and govern GenAI security strategy including policies, controls, and risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Information Security, Security Engineering, Application Security, or Cloud Security roles.
• At least 3 years leading and mentoring technical security teams in high-growth or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on expertise in secure system design, cloud platforms, APIs, IAM, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and security operations, incident response.

• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM security risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation and security tooling development.
