💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of producers to deliver high-quality audiobook content at scale, working closely with Publishing and Content Strategy. Your work will directly shape how Spotify grows its audiobook catalog. This role offers a chance to build creative production workflows in a fast-growing space at a leading audio platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of two producers across multiple productions
• Oversee end-to-end production from pre-production to delivery
• Set project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, identifying risks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative vision
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in production leading projects in media or publishing
• Strong understanding of audiobook production lifecycle
• Experience managing multiple productions in fast-paced environments
• Experience building and maintaining senior client relationships

• Background in content strategy or partner relations
